Global Talent Programs

Salesforce’s Global Talent Programs bring emerging and diverse talent into the company through several dedicated pathways. Futureforce is the flagship – Salesforce’s global university recruiting engine spanning paid internships, new-grad programs, and entry-level roles, with over 10,000 emerging professionals brought through it since 2014. Future Pathways extends that mission to talent from alternative education routes and underrepresented backgrounds, partnering with organizations like Year Up United and Ada Developers Academy on internships and apprenticeships. Rounding out the group is AI Research, which brings technical talent directly into Salesforce’s cutting edge AI work. Our Employer Brand Creative team supports these programs the way we’d support any initiative with a distinct audience and mission through events, field marketing, and program identities that evolve as each program grows.

Salesforce AI Research

NeurIPS 2025 | San Diego, CA

NeurIPS is one of the premier AI and machine learning research conferences globally and an incredible opportunity for the Salesforce AI Research team to connect and recruit some of the brightest AI minds in the industry. In collaboration with Sparks, we created a 10’x20′ booth that sought to engage with fellow researchers through demos, presentations, and a touch of customer marketing.

Our narrative aligned reinforced the importance of AI research in the rapid evolution of the Agentic Enterprise while avoiding typical recruiting tropes. The design we conceived of with Sparks gave us opportunities to tell this story on both sides of the booth – maximizing potential entry points for attendees. While the slatted wood archway provided a modern, yet airy structure that encouraged people to pass through and discover additional content on the opposing side. A demo station and welcome desk were positioned on the exterior side panels to maximize the 10×20′ footprint and give more opportunities to engage with attendees approaching from less trafficked routes on the conference floor.

Because a NeurIPS audience is there to evaluate substance over spectacle, the booth design was focused on surprise and delight and more on a clearly communicated research POV through the live presentations and demos.
